This is energy work rooted in Reiki and guided by intuition - designed to support your nervous system, energetic alignment, and inner clarity.
Using a combination of light touch and hands held just above the body, I work with your energetic field - focusing on the seven chakras - crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root. These are the body’s energetic centers, each connected to emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing.
You’ll experience 45 minutes of intuitive energy work, followed by 45 minutes of reflective conversation to unpack insights, emotional shifts, and next steps.
Because these conversations can often go deep, you’re welcome to add additional time in 30-minute increments if desired - to fully integrate and process what emerges.
This session is both subtle and powerful - helping you release what no longer serves you, return to energetic coherence, and reconnect with your truth.
